Did you know?

Did you know that it took me 2 and a half hours yesterday to clean out a 12 gallon aquarium? While I was cleaning it I would have sworn only 20 mins or so had passed.

Did you know that if you tell your 9 year old child and her friend that they can make a "pond" in the dirt in your backyard they will take that to mean the dirt that lies under your grass? Now I have a big ass hole in my yard.

Did you know that if you let your kid stay home from school sick they will have more energy and get on your nerves more than any other time in their life?

Did you know that a main purpose of the internet is to confuse and annoy you so that you never (almost) buy or do anything? I stifle myself with research.

Did you know that the control button on the right hand side of my laptop must have arthritis? It'll seize up for a few days and then go back to it's normal springy self. I know, weird right?

Did you know that I'm going back to the gym starting today? I need to lose some weight so that I can successfully gain it back when I take my cruise next month.

Did you know that I'm much funnier in person? ;)

Now you tell me something. What should I know?

Well, you should know that I get a big measure of unwarranted happiness when strangers visit my blog, so thanks for poppin' by! :)

Btw, you've got a great thing going here - love your sense of humour!

Did you know that your snoring volume is directionally proportional to just how badly you need sleep? For instance, if you are sick and desperately need good sleep you will undoubtably snore loud enough to wake a person from a coma.

Did you know that life, the universe, the source, all that is will send you an event that will make something you have been stressing over and making so freakin' big that it consumes your live insignificant? Getting perspective is like the Moonstruck "Snap out of it!" slap. You wonder why you obsessed over something so trivial when something that IS significant happens. I sucks but is good at the same time. Vague enough for you? :)

Hey! Thanks for stopping by my blog! My son likes to dig mini holes in my back yard. Any place he can find a spot of dirt.*sigh*

I lived in Northglenn when I first moved out on my own! I miss Colorado terribly.

Did you know that your best friend will sing a song just to irritate you & get it in your head?

Did you know that the second I lay down to take a nap is the exact second that my phone always rings?

Did you know that I can't fucking wait for you to come here????

Did you know that some people think I'm funny in person...but it's the sort of funny that gets laughed at...not with.

Did you know that my favorite kind of kid is usually covered in dirt? Always clean kids sort of freak me out.

Well, going against the "did you know" theme... I'm going to say that Katie didn't know, but she certainly suspected.

Hey, Donsie, to add to your comment-

I had a friend that had grown up in Africa in high school. When he told this to a class we were in, a group of students asked him if he saw giraffes and lions every day.

Being from New Hampshire, I proceeded to ask them if they walked outside and saw cougars and moose in daily passing. They still didn't get it.
