I hate running

but that's why I need to keep at it right?

Today's WOD

Deadlift 5-4-3-3-3

Then

Run 400m 4 times with 2 min rest btwn runs.

My stats:

Deadlift
105# 115# 125# 145# 155#

Run:

1st 2:21
2nd 2:00
3rd 2:35
4th 2:30

I am really tired. Really, really tired. Why did I let them talk me into 5 workouts a week? It'll be worth it right? :)
